Programs that examine Clinician Burnout typically focus on balance and self-care, which may increase healthy habits, but often won’t alleviate burnout. This seminar goes to the heart of the three most common causes of burnout: lack of power, passion and purpose, and how to develop and build upon each one.

In this seminar you will:

  • explore and evaluate traditional clinical burnout prevention techniques
  • examine the concept of power, its definition, purpose, and how to build it inside yourself and in the workplace
  • investigate passion by remembering your early passion for work and learning how to reignite it
  • consider the meaning of purpose in your job and overarching career, and how to increase its value to promote job satisfaction
