Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation by email. If you do not receive confirmation, contact the Office of Outreach at SSWCE@uconn.edu.

How We Communicate: The email address you use when you register will be used to send you important information including registration confirmation and CEC certificate delivery. Please be sure to add SSWCE@uconn.edu to your contacts.

Fees, Payments, Cancellations and Substitutions

Accommodations: If you require an accommodation to participate in any of our continuing education programs, please contact the Office of Outreach at SSWCE@uconn.edu at least two weeks prior to your program.

In the event of winter weather conditions, alert, or campus closing, please call (959) 200-3618 after 7:00 a.m. on the day of your program. You will hear a recorded message regarding the status of programs for that day. Programs will either be held as scheduled, have a delayed start, or be cancelled. If the Hartford Campus is closed, your program is automatically cancelled.

If your program is cancelled due to winter weather conditions or an alert situation, every effort will be made to reschedule the program. Participants will be notified of the rescheduled date and given the option to move to the new date, switch to another program (providing space is available), or receive a refund.
