The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system – Gary Craig, author of “EFT Handbook”

Stressful events in our lives, negative thinking, and even chemical imbalances can affect how we feel on a day-to-day basis. If there is ongoing stress, or a sudden traumatic event happens, the energy and the physical/emotional impact of that trauma is experienced in electrical impulses in your brain and body that result in feelings like anxiety, depression, fear, and anger. The energy of these emotions can become lodged in your body’s physical and energy systems. In Emotional Freedom Technique we use tapping on meridian points, accompanied by specific verbal statements, to release these emotions from the physical body.

EFT can be used to effectively eliminate from the body’s memory, via the meridians, the energies of phobias, bad habits, stressful tension, self-sabotage, doubt, and procrastination, helping to create freedom from the emotional loops and dead-ends of these trapped emotions. By accessing the energetic aspect of our feelings, Energy Psychology can be profoundly helpful in accessing buried emotions and releasing them quickly and painlessly.

This seminar is for practitioners who have attended an introduction to EFT seminar,* are self-taught, or want to refresh and sharpen their skills and add new techniques to their current tapping toolbox. It assumes a working knowledge and comfort level with tapping, preferably in the participant’s personal life and in their work with clients.

In this interactive seminar, you will:

  • review and practice foundational concepts
  • learn Gentle Techniques for Working with Trauma, including the Movie Technique
  • discover techniques for Uncovering & Clearing Limiting Beliefs and Core Issues
  • examine techniques for Installing New Positive Beliefs

* The introductory seminar, Emotional Freedom Technique: Care for Clients & Practitioners, will be offered Monday, March 25.
